The 27-year-old, who was born in France but represents Algeria at international level, has won back-to-back league titles with Olympiakos since signing from Kavala in the summer of 2011.
He had a brief taste of English football with Manchester City in 2007 but made just one senior appearance during a six-month loan spell with the Premier League club.
He has been linked with a permanent switch back to England this summer, with Premier League duo Southampton and Fulham, as well as Championship side Nottingham Forest, all credited with an interest.
German side Wolfsburg and Turkish outfit Besiktas are also reported to be monitoring the winger's progress.
Abdoun has revealed he is ready to quit Karaiskakis Stadium and admits a move to England would appeal to him.
"I'm a big fan of English football, my first experience was not fantastic at City but I have more experience now," he said.
"I have been the best passer in the Greek league for the past three years, I want a new challenge.
"To play in England again would be fantastic."
